You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us at hello@abeera.com or calling +91 98765 43210. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details and reason for return.
Custom or made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged. Items that show signs of use, washing, or alteration are also not eligible for returns.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. For COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer. Please allow additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
